Policies:
- Colour services:
- All Colour Serivices must be finished with a Cut and style or Blow dry.
- Please Note that our prices are “from” and that any additional colour will be charged accordingly.
- Cancellations:
- We understand that things do crop up from time to time beyond your control, however we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice to move or cancel an appointment, in this time frame there will be no charge. If you cancel your appointment with 12 hours could incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
- All no show and very last minute cancellations will incur a charge of 100% of the service booked.
- Appointment reminders:
- You will receive a txt or email 48 hours prior to your appointment, and then another 3 hours before your appointment as a courtesy reminder.
